Max Bailey

Max Bailey is a commercially focused, team-leading professional with regional and global experience in capital allocation and procurement. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Allocation at EBOS Group Limited, Max is responsible for strategic decision-making regarding operating cash flow and capital deployment. Prior roles at BHP included transformations in strategy, cost management, and category management, with notable responsibilities such as leading the transformation office and optimizing the project portfolio. Max holds a BComBSci in Management and Biotechnology from the University of New South Wales and completed high school at Cranbrook School.
