Reshmi Ray

Reshmi Ray is a General Manager of HR Shared Services with over 15 years of experience in HR leadership and operations. Currently pursuing a role at EBOS Group Limited, Reshmi has previously held significant positions including Director of HR Shared Services at Cabrini Health and Head of HR Services and Payroll at Orora, where they established a centralized Shared Services function. Reshmi also has a strong background in strategic HR transformation and capability development, having worked with organizations such as BP, CSG Limited, and Toyota Motor Corporation Australia. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney and an M.A. in English from the University of Calcutta.
