James Vardy

James Vardy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. James started their professional journey at Mazars UK, where they held multiple positions, including Auditor and Audit Assistant Manager. James then progressed to become an Audit Manager and later a Senior Manager in Business Performance Improvement.

In 2012, Vardy moved to Gate Retail Onboard, where they served as the Head of Business Process & Planning until December 2015. Following this, they founded Vector Strategic Solutions in 2016, assuming the role of Founder & CEO.

Simultaneously, Vardy took up the role of Treasurer at British Youth for Christ in 2006. Finally, in 2018, they joined ebp Global as the Chief Financial Officer, in addition to serving as the Director of Europe since 2016.
