Yao Yu

Yao Yu is a seasoned supply chain and costing professional with extensive experience in the industry, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at ebp Global since July 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at adidas from January 2011 to March 2019, where Yao held various key roles, including Director of Costing Accessories and Gear, overseeing garment costing and negotiations while driving process improvements and system optimizations. Previous positions at 3M Nederland BV as a Supply Chain Planner involved managing the S&OP process and optimizing supply chain design. Yao began the professional journey in education as a Chinese language teacher and program coordinator. Yao holds a Master of Science in Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
