Andrea Norton began their work experience in 1994 as a Financial Services Programmer Analyst at Systematics. Andrea then worked at ALLTEL Information Services as a Client Account Manager from 1998 to 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Andrea held the same role at Fidelity Information Services. Andrea then joined Fidelity National Financial, where they worked as a Regional Contracts Manager from 2005 to 2006 and as a Client Account Manager from 2006 to 2007. Andrea later worked at EBS Limited as a Third Party Relationship Manager from 2007 to 2009 and as a Senior Manager of Operational Risk from 2009 to 2013. Andrea then joined AIB as the Head of Relationship Management - Operational Risk from 2013 to 2016. Currently, Andrea is working at EBS d.a.c., where they held various positions, including Head of MSA, Business Control & Change from 2016 to 2017, Head of Network Relations, Business Control & Change from 2017 to 2018, Head of Network Relations, Compliance & MSA from 2018 to 2018, and is currently serving as the Head of Strategy & Change since 2019.

Andrea Norton began their education in 1990 at Trinity College Dublin, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Science, specializing in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Andrea completed their studies in 1994. During the same period, they also attended Technological University Dublin, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at this institution.
