Jane Cummins

Jane Cummins has extensive work experience in the field of corporate governance, human resources, and business management. Most recently, they served as the Head of Corporate Governance at EBS d.a.c. starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Jane held various roles at AIB, where they worked for over 25 years. Their positions at AIB included Head of Direct Service, Head of Strategy & Change for Direct Service, Business and People Enablement Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resources Manager for Direct Channels Contact Centres and Finance & Leasing, and Human Resources Co-Ordinator. Throughout their tenure, they demonstrated their expertise in supporting business areas in delivering on their people agenda, managing transitions during periods of downsizing, implementing HR policies, and supporting business expansion initiatives.

Jane Cummins holds a Certificate in Employee Relations from the National College of Ireland, which they completed in 2002. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Studies at the University of Galway from 1994 to 1995. Jane began their higher education journey at the University of Galway, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Politics, completing their studies in 1994.
