Rita Ricci

Rita Ricci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and data quality services. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager in the Retail Solution department at EBS d.a.c. since August 2013, Rita manages teams that support EBS and Haven CRM systems as well as EBS Data Quality & Services. Prior to this role, Rita held the position of Business Analyst and System Administrator at EBS Limited from November 2005 to August 2013, where responsibilities included coordinating CRM processes, testing, user support, and business development. Earlier career roles included Cashier at EBS Limited and Sales Assistant at Blarney Woollen Mills. Rita holds qualifications from the Insurance Institute of Ireland as a Qualified Financial Adviser, alongside degrees in Management and Cambridge Advanced English from University College Dublin and the Irish Management Institute.
