EBSCO Capital is the investment and acquisition team of EBSCO Industries – a family-owned and private held conglomerate headquartered in Birmingham, AL. 

Our primary mission is finding new platform opportunities for EBSCO, as well as add-on opportunities for our current portfolio companies. We seek to be permanent capital for durable and enduring businesses, and partner with strong, committed management teams to create sustainable value over the long term. 

New Platform Criteria
- Size: $8-25M in EBTIDA 
- Industries: Professional Services (Engineering Services), Distribution, Industrial Services, and Niche Manufacturing. 

In addition to finding new platforms, EBSCO Capital is also seeking add-on investments for the below portfolio companies:
- Bailey International: hydraulic & electronic components for mobile equipment
- All Current: electrical components, panel and control shops
- PRADCO: fishing, hunting, and outdoor enthusiasts 
- BISO: mission-critical B2B SaaS ($1-10M in ARR)
- EBSCO Information Services: ed-tech, content and research 
- Luxor Workspace Solutions: RTA furniture and storage, utility carts, etc.
