Madli Ulp

Madli Ulp is the Head of Sports Governance at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), where they have worked since 2023, ensuring the effective administration of EBU Sport and overseeing governance duties. Previously, Madli served as an Executive Assistant and Events Manager at EBU from 2017 to 2023, providing high-level support to the Executive Director of Sport and managing various governance matters. Madli's extensive experience also includes roles as a Network Resource Manager and Head of Media for ERKI Fashion Show 2016, along with a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Management from the University of Tartu, which they earned in 2013. With over six years of experience in international environments, Madli excels in project coordination, event management, and public relations.
