Philippe Allemann

Philippe Allemann is a Senior Sport Lawyer at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) since February 2023, previously serving as an Attorney at Law specializing in Sports Rights at SRG SSR from February 2016 to January 2023. Allemann's legal career includes roles as an Avocat at Etude Bettems, Stauffacher, Perez, Parisod & Imhof, and scientific collaborator at the Federal Office of Justice, where expertise in private international law and civil law was developed. Additional experience includes positions at the State of Fribourg, as a trainee lawyer at L'Etude Gillon, and as a clerk at the Cantonal Court of Fribourg. Allemann holds a Master's degree in Law and a Bachelor's degree from the Université de Fribourg, along with a CAS in International Sports Law from the University of Zurich.
