Robin Ribback

Robin Ribback is a seasoned professional in the media and technology sectors, currently serving on the Technical Committee of the European Broadcasting Union since June 2022, guiding technical initiatives for public service media. Ribback holds a dual role at SWISS TXT AG, focusing on international projects and innovation management while also leading accessibility and cloud services. Involvement includes being a topic leader for collaborative developments in accessibility, reviewing Switzerland's national Open Access Strategy, and serving as Vice-Chair for the LEAD-ME COST Action, aimed at enhancing media accessibility. With a background as a co-founder and patent holder in live transcription technology and extensive experience in media strategy and product management across various companies, Ribback combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to innovation and public service.
