David Moran

David Moran currently serves as the Operational Risk Manager at Ebury since February 2022, where responsibilities include the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework, incident management, and regulatory horizon scanning. Prior to this role, David held the position of Human Resource Manager at M1 Med Beauty Berlin GmbH, managing HR functions across the UK, Australia, and Netherlands. David's experience also includes serving as a Cyber Risk Senior Consultant at Deloitte Deutschland, focusing on red teaming and cyber threat intelligence. Earlier in the career, David spent 25 years in the British Army, with various roles in intelligence and security, culminating as a Command and Staff Trainer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Northampton, a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence and Security from the University of Staffordshire.
