Mathias Dub

Mathias Dub currently serves as the MLRO for Belgium and the Benelux region at Ebury since April 2023. Prior to this role, Mathias held the position of Compliance Officer at Lloyd's from January 2021 to April 2023, focusing on EEA Financial Crime Management. From January 2018 to January 2021, Mathias was a Business Financial Crime Manager at HSBC, where responsibilities included customer surveillance, transaction monitoring, and optimizing the onboarding process. Mathias began a career in compliance as an Information and Coordination Advisor at the European External Action Service for a brief period in late 2016, where duties included EU representation and private sector outreach. Mathias holds a Master's degree in International Politics and Business from New York University, completed between 2015 and 2017, and also studied at Kansai Gaidai University from 2013 to 2014.
