Matthieu Ionas

Matthieu Ionas is an experienced FX Dealer at Ebury since January 2018, managing a portfolio of over 150 French SMEs and mid-cap companies with a focus on FX hedging strategies, treasury policies, lending, and cash solutions to effectively manage FX exposure. Matthieu executes daily FX trades including spot, forwards, non-deliverable forwards, and swaps across a wide range of currencies with multiple liquidity providers. Previous roles include FX Sales at COFARCO SAS, Commodity Trade & Structured Finance Analyst at Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP), and Sales Assistant on the FX Desk. Matthieu holds a Master 2 (M2) in Banking & Financial Engineering from ESSCA Ecole de management, an Erasmus Exchange experience at the University of Hertfordshire, and a Baccalauréat Scientifique from ECS Lycée Lakanal.
