Mendel Vis is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in foreign exchange and client portfolio management. Currently serving as a Senior FX Dealer at Ebury since February 2020, Mendel manages a diverse range of up to 180 business clients, providing them with tailored payment, treasury, and trade finance solutions, while also mentoring Junior Dealers. Previously, Mendel held the position of Senior Consultant at Ebury, focusing on client onboarding and expanding the client base in The Netherlands. Prior experience includes various roles at Rabobank Groene Hart Noord, where responsibilities ranged from managing SME relationships to providing essential support for financing applications. Mendel also gained valuable insights in business banking through an interim role at Welten and completed a Sales and Marketing internship at Australian Superyachts. Mendel holds a Post-HBO Bachelor in Business Administration with a focus on Business Finance, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Sport, Health and Management.
