Noyan Serim

Noyan Serim possesses extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as the Sales Acceleration Team Lead for Northern Europe at Ebury since March 2016. In this role, Noyan manages the full sales cycle, including lead generation, client onboarding, and risk management strategy discussions focused on foreign exchange exposure. Noyan has successfully collaborated with multiple teams to design market entry strategies, particularly for the German market. Previous experience includes a corporate banking internship at ICBC, where Noyan engaged in client onboarding and credit procedures, as well as a role as an Assistant Research Analyst at Global Investment Holdings, conducting detailed industry research and financial analysis. Noyan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London.
