Daniel Bartz

Daniel Bartz is a seasoned Field Application Engineer at EBV Elektronik since May 2015, specializing in embedded security, NFC, and RFID. Prior experience includes roles as an R&D Systems Engineer at Giesecke & Devrient, where responsibilities encompassed system definition, in-house consulting, and training, as well as positions as an R&D Specialist and Test Engineer focusing on smartcard and RFID testing. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as an R&D Engineer at ZSI technology GmbH, contributing to PCB design for safety-critical industrial control units and automotive concept development at Magna Powertrain. Daniel's initial experience includes a role as a Junior Program Engineer at Motorola, where significant involvement with electronic power steering hardware development occurred. Academically, Daniel holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Dipl. Ing. (FH) in the same field from Technische Hochschule Lübeck.
