Mark Shacklette is an adjunct Full Professor of Computer Science at the University of Chicago and a technical advisor in the Management Laboratory at Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He has over thirty years of experience providing strategic consulting in data and information, primarily in the insurance industry. Furthermore, he has provided technical consulting and expert witness support for clients in high speed algorithmic trading and the derivatives industry. Mark has designed and built predictive analytics systems for several clients including Walgreens. Other clients included Abbot, CNA & HCSC. Mark is a Harvard University graduate.
