Hayley Han is an accomplished HR Manager with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies to support business operations in China. Currently serving as HR Manager at EC Wise China since March 2012, Hayley has previously held similar roles at Cybercom Software Service and Sigma Resources & Technology, Inc. Hayley's expertise includes employee recruitment, staff relations, performance estimation, and training, along with establishing effective communication channels and incentive mechanisms to retain top talent. Hayley holds a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Sichuan University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law.
