Most change efforts are built to fail. They're overrun with jargon, disconnected from reality, and reliant on templates that look good in a slide deck but fall apart in practice. Real change is messy, uncomfortable, nonlinear, and deeply personal. It’s a series of decisions, trade-offs, and tensions managed by real people, every day.
