Our Thinking...

Seamless integration of planning and architecture, to deliver the exceptional.

ECA take a design-led approach, developed in tandem with viable town planning strategies to create unique, robust and sustainable communities. We are passionate about the quality of architecture, both aesthetically and functionally, driven by an academic background in design thinking. We empower communities through neighbourhood planning and community-led building projects. We believe that all disciplines concerned with the built environment should work together, from inception, to identify specific site constraints and opportunities to produce unique solutions.

ECA Core Values:

Considered, intelligent, imaginative design for projects of all scales and locations making a positive, lasting, inclusive impact.

A local, friendly practice with Big City Experience.

Bespoke and unique solutions for every project, challenging the conventional, to think outside the box.

Wherever possible, we take a genuinely ethical approach and do it well.

An ambitious, but balanced approach to planning strategies, providing honest advice, focusing on the bigger picture and pushing the vision through regulatory systems.

We empower communities and clients to make the right decisions for a lasting positive impact.

We make planning and design fun, by engaging the community through unique facilitation techniques.

We are driven not just by good building design, but its whole urban setting; improving the fabric of the environment in its entirety.

Designing real places, for real people.
