Michael Redding has extensive experience in the field of engineering, with a focus on civil, environmental, and geotechnical projects. Michael is currently working as the Director of Civil Engineering at ECA Solar. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations at New England Solar Garden Corporation from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked at Loureiro Engineering Associates, Inc. as an Associate from 2011 to 2019. Michael also served as a Planning Board Member for the Town of Merrimack from 2011 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked at GeoInsight as a Senior Engineer and at ESE/MacTec as a Project Engineer. Michael began their career at Camp Dresser and McKee as a Staff Engineer. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated leadership skills, including supervision of staff professionals, marketing, and proposal development.
Michael Redding attended Roger Williams University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
