John Schoenhals

John Schoenhals is a Director of Customer Success at ECAM, drawing on nearly five years of experience in the hospitality IT field. They have previously held leadership roles at Choice Hotels and Hilton, where they improved guest satisfaction through training, mentoring, and recognition programs. In their earlier roles as a Senior Account Manager at Centrada Solutions and an IT Technical Analyst at Highgate, John managed client relationships and led IT service implementations. Outside of work, John enjoys attending musicals and concerts, playing with their dog Grayson, and volunteering in their community.
