Founded in 2017, the Endometrial Cancer Action Network for African-Americans (ECANA) is a non-profit organization focused on supporting Black women affected by endometrial cancer (EC). 

We know that reproductive health care for Black people is not as it should be, and we are here to bridge the gap through survivor community building, education, and research advocacy.
