ECARMA is a residential community management service that helps resident associations to organize, manage & track all of their maintenance and asset management activities thereby increasing maintenance efficiency and reducing cost & wastage of resources. The tech-enabled services of Ecarma are based on a robust process designed to prevent problems and fixing them promptly and effectively if they do occur. 
Since our inception in 2018, we have liberated hundreds of residents in several apartment complexes from their maintenance headaches. Homes in Ecarma managed societies may have their problems. But thankfully maintenance is not one of them.
