Écart has been established for an indefinite period. This makes Écart a stable partner for its companies in the long term. This gives the entrepreneur time to realize his/her business plan with the help of our capital, knowledge and capabilities.

We seek cooperation with experienced entrepreneurs or managers who are motivated to make a business growth or acquisition a success with a partner/investor. Entrepreneurs who show financial commitment, set a clear course and maintain focus. Who dare to distinguish themselves and want to overcome gaps together with an experienced investor and want to work on the development of their company.

Écart explicitly focuses on three sectors: Software, Packaging and Services. As a result, Écart optimally brings together capital, network and its knowledge.

Écart defines investing as: doing business with entrepreneurs. The Écart team actively supports the entrepreneur in taking strategic decisions and implementing them. Transparency, equality, mutual trust and respect are the pillars of the cooperation between you and Écart.

Écart invests for its own account and risk. In combination with share capital, we provide subordinated loans in order to optimize the capital structure of the company. Our investments vary in size from EUR 2.0 to EUR 8.0 million per company. If necessary, several investment rounds will take place.
