Hend Halawa is a Total Quality Director at ECC Group and has been a Quality Manager at Wadi Elneel Hospital since 2021. With a background as a Surveyor for The General Authority for Healthcare Accreditation and Regulation from 2022 to 2023, Hend has developed strong expertise in quality management within healthcare. Hend studied for a Master’s degree in Hospital Management and Total Quality Management at AUC - School of Continuing Education and is currently pursuing additional degrees in Hospital and Healthcare Facilities Administration at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies at Cairo University.
