Mai Gamal

Mai Gamal is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ECC Group and as the Manager of Talent Management at the Egyptian Cultural Center. In these roles, Mai designs and implements strategies for talent management, manages hiring processes, and oversees recruitment efforts. Previously, Mai was the Head of Learning and Development, where they created and executed learning strategies company-wide. Mai is currently pursuing an MBA at the International Business Academy of Switzerland, expected to be completed in 2024.
