David Bluestein

David Bluestein is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic roles within the defense and environmental sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at ECC since July 2010, David previously held the position of Vice President for Defense Programs at ECC from 1998 to 2008. Prior to that, David was the Director of Federal at Dow Environmental Inc. from 1987 to 1997. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of San Francisco.
