David S.

David S. is an experienced operations and UXO management professional with a robust background in ordnance instruction and explosive ordnance disposal. Currently serving as an Operations Manager Assistant Project Manager at ECC since June 2023, David has held multiple roles at ECC, including Senior UXO Supervisor and Operations Manager/SUXOS. Prior to this, David worked as an Independent Contractor, MEC Program Manager at Oiaio Halo Hui, and in various capacities at INTERNATIONAL CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTING LLC, Unitek Environmental Guam, InfoPro Corporation, and Advanced Concepts Enterprises. Instructing military personnel on counter-IED tactics, along with providing training on UXO recognition and procedures, has been a significant part of David's career. David holds a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Homeland Security from Excelsior University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Pierce College at Puyallup.
