Gerald Mersten

Gerald Mersten has experience as the President of ECC since 2009 and as the Director of the Technology Division at Formerly USMC from 2006 to 2009.

Gerald Mersten earned their Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from City College/CUNY in the years 1973 to 1978. Gerald later pursued their degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Business Administration, obtaining BE(EE), ME(EE), PhD (EE & Computer Engineering), and Business Administration degrees from City College of New York, City University of New York, and Fairleigh Dickinson University, starting in 1982. Additionally, they earned another Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from City College/CUNY at an unspecified time.
