Janet Stifflear

Janet Stifflear, CP APMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in proposal management and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Corporate Communication Team Director at ECC since November 2019, Janet oversees a team responsible for generating substantial proposals across various sectors, including environmental remediation and construction. Prior roles include Senior Proposal Manager at ECC, Proposal Consultant at JLS Consulting & Coaching, and Capture Manager at AECOM, where Janet supported federal business development efforts. With a strong background in strategic planning, team management, and proposal production, Janet has consistently contributed to proposal successes worth billions of dollars throughout a career that began in 1993. Janet holds a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
