Jeff Clark, CD, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and estimation. Currently serving as Estimator III at ECC since March 2025, Jeff previously held the role of Senior Project Engineer at North Wind Group from March 2017 to March 2025. With a proven track record in managing large-scale environmental remediation projects at Ground Force Environmental and Quantum Murray Environmental, Jeff has overseen projects valued up to $3.4 million and $3.2 million respectively. Jeff's military service with the Canadian Armed Forces includes leadership positions such as Squadron Commander and instructor roles, demonstrating expertise in training, planning, and operational management. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada, obtained in 1990.
