Jeff Stackow

Jeff Stackow, PE, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and engineering, particularly within government and military sectors. Currently serving as Federal Programs Manager at ECC since December 2022, Stackow previously held the position of General Manager of Government Services at Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC, where responsibilities included managing opportunities for the Department of Defense and Department of Energy. With a strong background in project management, Stackow worked as a Senior Project Manager at APTIM on disaster recovery projects and has over a decade of experience at Environmental Chemical Corporation overseeing military construction projects. Prior roles include Operations Manager for the Department of Defense’s Projects and Contracting Office for Iraq Reconstruction and electrical engineering positions at CH2M HILL and OLA Consulting Engineers. Stackow holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
