Kevin Wong is an IT Specialist at ECC since October 2023, responsible for managing over 1000 machines across various operating systems using Intune, and providing onsite support to senior management as well as international teams in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to ECC, Kevin served as an Information Technology Network Consultant at Network Resource, where responsibilities included configuring servers and networking equipment, managing data migration, and general troubleshooting for a diverse range of clients. Kevin gained foundational corporate experience at Genesys Works and held an internship at Okta, Inc., focusing on laptop re-imaging and tech support. Kevin holds a degree from the University of California, Merced, earned in 2022, and graduated from Burton High School in 2018.
