Mitch Clark has over 30 years of experience in program management and business development. Currently serving as Program Director and previously as Vice President of Marketing Services at ECC since November 1993, Mitch has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction. Prior to ECC, Mitch held the position of Vice President and Sr. Director of Business Development at Gilbane, Inc. from December 2017 to October 2019, focusing on the fulfillment of federal strategic planning and business development objectives. Earlier in the career, Mitch worked as a Program Manager at IT Group from June 1985 to November 1993. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science from UC Santa Barbara, where studies were completed from 1976 to 1979.
