Robert Hill is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in construction management, currently serving at ECC since April 2016, overseeing all phases from project bid to final close-out. Prior to ECC, Robert held the position of PGM at KBR from October 2001 to September 2015, where challenging projects in difficult locations were addressed. Earlier in Robert's career, a significant role as VP of Operations at Westinghouse Electric Company involved managing emergency work on nuclear reactors globally. Robert also gained valuable experience as a Superintendent at Crucible Steel from 1979 to 1984, focusing on heavy industrial maintenance and construction. Academically, Robert earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Syracuse University and a MA in Human Resources from Pepperdine University, along with training from TBS Quantico in 1974.
