Laia Soler Conangla is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in developing strategies to tackle complex business challenges and leading teams through organizational transformations. Currently serving as an advisor at Made of Genes and the strategic transformation projects lead at Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, they have previously held roles such as Chief People Officer at Escoles Garbí Pere Vergés and Center for Sports Excellence Director at FC Barcelona. Laia is also a board member at multiple organizations, including Fundació Ecologia Emocional and Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
