Sören Auer

Sören Auer is the Director at the Technische Informationsbibliothek (TIB) in Hannover and a co-founder of eccenca, focusing on the digitalization of science and technology through the application of neuro-symbolic AI. They have an extensive background in international R&D, with previous roles including Professor for Information Systems, Head of Department at Fraunhofer IAIS, and Director of the Big Data Value Association. Auer has played a key role in establishing numerous innovative technologies and fostering relationships with leading companies. They currently hold professorships at the University of Hannover and contribute to various advisory boards.
