Ecchoverse is a Format Entertainment Studio & IP Label. We don't make campaigns. We build entertainment universes.

Founded by Gertjan De Smet and Ludo Poppe (the creator of Peking Express, with 80+ seasons, 18+ countries), Ecchoverse is part of the Eccholine Group. With offices in Antwerp, Bangkok and Malta, a global production network spanning 200+ productions across every continent, and Peking Express as historic proof that strong format IP knows no ceiling.

Our model is simple and radically different. We create original (brand) format IP first. Then we build the brand architecture around it. Not the other way around. No campaign that evaporates after four weeks. Living, breathing content ecosystems that scale across linear TV, streaming, YouTube, social, events and experiences.

What we do:
→ Format Development for broadcasters and streamers and creators
→ Branded Format Development across TV, streaming, social, YouTube
→ Brand seeding & IP Ownership structures for forward-thinking brands
→ Creator & Ensemble Casting with partnership architecture
→ Strategic Brand & Content Consulting for CMOs ready to think like entertainment studios.

The entertainment economy is shifting. Audiences don't watch traditional ads. Algorithms reward formats based on interes niches. Creator platforms are outpacing traditional media in ad revenue. The brands that win are the ones that stop interrupting entertainment and start owning it.

Ecchoverse gives them the IP, the infrastructure and the international network to do exactly that.

With a pipeline of new formats designed for the multi-platform era, we operate where content meets commerce. Belgium as a launchpad. Europe and beyond as the playing field.

Formats are the new franchises. Let's build them together.
