Russell McDowell

Russell McDowell has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Russell began as a Small Unit Leader in the United States Marine Corps from 1990 to 2001 before becoming an IT Services Leader for the US Federal Government from 2001 to 2020. Currently, Russell is serving as the Director of Technology Services at ECCO Select, starting in October 2020.

Russell McDowell completed their BA in Information Technology from Ottawa University in the period of 2005-2011. Prior to this, they studied Information Technology at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1996-1997. Russell also obtained additional certifications in Learning Data Governance, DevOps Foundations: Incident Management, and DevOps Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022.
