Wayne Federico

Wayne Federico currently serves as the Director of Technical Services for Software Advisory Services at ECCO Select since April 2025. Previously, Wayne held the positions of COO and Vice President of Technical Services at Miro Consulting, Inc. from June 2017 to October 2025, and CIO and Vice President of Technical Services at Miro Consulting from 2006 to October 2025, where responsibilities included managing IT strategy and operations related to software licensing and audits for major clients like Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft. Wayne's career also includes significant roles as Director of Technical Services/National Delivery Director at Spherion (2000-2006) and Director of Technical Services for Network Services at Interim Services (1994-2000), alongside foundational experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at Polmar Technologies (1990-1994). Wayne earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix and holds a diploma in Data Processing Equipment Repair from Brick Computer Science Institute.
