Rafa Arroyo

Rafael Arroyo has extensive experience in the sales and business management field. Rafael'smost recent role was as a Sales Manager at eccocar, a company specializing in car rental digitalization and optimization. Prior to this, they worked as a Cloud Business Lead at Innoway Street, where they focused on managing software-defined data centers in the cloud. Rafael also served as a Sales and Business Manager at Prosol Ingeniería, where they led the company through a period of change and improvement. Before that, they held sales roles at Commvault and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, specializing in territory account management and BURA solutions sales. Rafael started their career at PROSOL INGENIERIA and FUJITSU SIEMENS COMPUTERS as an Account Manager. Rafael also worked at Hewlett Packard in a sales support role.

Rafael Arroyo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they attended from 1992 to 2000. In 2000-2001, they pursued an Executive MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial. Additionally, in 2015-2016, they completed a Course of Specialization in Business Intelligence and Big Data at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

Rafael has also acquired several certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include MEDDICC Masterclass from LearnMEDDICC in January 2022, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in March 2021, VTSP - MAP (Modern Applications Platform 2020) and VTSP Cloud Foundation (2020) 4.0 from VMware in February 2021, and Nutanix Certified Sales Expert from Nutanix in July 2020.

Further certifications include VTSP - NV (Network Virtualization 2019), VMware Technical Sales Professional - Cloud Foundation (2019), VTSP - HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure 2017) from VMware, AWS Certified Database – Specialty and AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April and February 2021 respectively, and Red Hat Accredited Professional - Red Hat Sales Engineer Specialist - Container Platform from Red Hat in August 2019.
