Catherine Winter

Catherine Winter is the Chief Executive Officer of Ecctis, a provider of global education standards and qualifications services. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Ecctis Ltd (2023–2024). They have held leadership roles at The London Institute of Banking and Finance, including Managing Director for UK and International Qualifications (2019–2023) and Head of Financial Capability—Relationships (2016–2019). They are a school governor at Archer Academy (2021–Present) and are pursuing Executive Coaching at the University of Cambridge. They earned a BA in Economic History from the University of Liverpool and a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Middlesex University.
