Tom Humble is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and events industries. As the Founder and Director of Sales at East Coast Defender since May 2012, Tom has been instrumental in building custom Land Rover Defenders with a focus on quality control. Prior to this role, Tom founded Osbourne Purdie, where responsibilities included Operations Manager USA and Project Manager. Tom's experience in events encompasses positions such as Events Manager at Sporting Futures, Event Director at FR Systems, and various roles at Limelight Sports, including Event Branding Manager, Team Leader, and Event & Admin Supervisor. Tom is also an alumnus of the University of Derby.

Our "Rover Dome" facility is over 100k square feet, with over 80 full time employees building the best award-winning classic automobiles in the USA. Mostly working on trucks on friends' farms, they were often thrown in the back of these trucks with bales of hay, a dog, and sometimes the odd farm animal. We had to create the foundation, build it, and customize it from the ground up - regardless of the risk - if we wanted to produce the quality of build we ourselves dreamed of. We have a great blend of English owners and American staff, we have different views of how the perfect custom vehicle should be built, but that truly is what makes our vehicles so special, we challenge perfection on a daily basis.
