Felix Hock

Felix Hock is an experienced recruitment professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Felix serves as the Head of Recruitment at ECDB, beginning in April 2025, and as an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner at Interim Talent Acquisition since January 2025. Prior to these roles, Felix was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Statista from February 2016 to March 2025, where responsibilities included global talent attraction, team leadership, and supporting substantial workforce growth. Additional experience includes senior positions at Bigpoint GmbH, Quinkert & Esser Executive Search GmbH, ZDF, and Euvia Travel GmbH, as well as volunteer work with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Felix holds advanced degrees from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and Höhere Berufsfachschule Medien, along with a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
