ECE Planning is an RTPI Chartered Town Planning consultancy dedicated to delivering successful outcomes across all areas of planning and development.

Based in Sussex and London, we operate across the South East, providing professional, pragmatic, and people-focused advice to help our clients navigate the planning system with confidence.

Part of the award-winning ECE Group, we operate independently as planning consultants, combining specialist planning expertise with insight from architecture and urban design.

Our experienced team offers proactive planning advice on development appraisals, planning applications, appeals, public inquiries, strategic land promotion, and community engagement. We also advise on viability, land strategy, and policy interpretation, ensuring every project is design-led, deliverable, and policy-compliant.

With RTPI award-winning experience and a strong track record across housing, commercial, education, leisure, and mixed-use sectors, we combine technical insight with a people-first approach.

Whether promoting land for allocation, preparing a complex planning application, or managing an appeal, ECE Planning provides clarity, confidence, and results - helping you realise the full potential of your site.
