Dave Berg is the Director of Customer Success at ECFX, where they have over two years of experience. With more than 18 years in customer experience management and client delivery, Dave focuses on fostering impactful client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery. They previously worked at Redgrave LLP as a Legal Assistant and Docketing Supervisor, and at Steptoe LLP, where they held multiple titles related to docketing and client services. Dave holds a Master of Professional Studies in Paralegal Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stockton University.
