Alan has over 25 years’ experience across the residential aged care, commercial and industrial property industries.

He has joined ECH after four years as an Executive General Manager with aged care, independent living, and homecare provider Blue Cross Group, and eight years as National Manager Operations for ASX-listed property development and funds management company, Charter Hall.
