Pooja Goddard

Royal Academy of Engineering Industry Fellow with at Echion Technologies

Pooja Goddard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Pooja is currently an Industry Fellow at Echion Technologies, where they hold fellowships with both the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Royal Society. Prior to this, they were a member of the Inclusion and Diversity committee at the Royal Society of Chemistry and served on the RSC Dalton Division Council.

Before joining Echion Technologies, Pooja worked at Loughborough University, where they held positions such as Senior Lecturer and Director for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the School of Science. Pooja also worked as a Lecturer at the university.

Additionally, Pooja was involved with the RSC, serving on the SEIB board. Pooja started their career as a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Huddersfield and later worked as an EPSRC research officer at the University of Bath.

Pooja's earliest experience in academia was as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Uppsala universitet.

Pooja Goddard completed their education at the University of Warwick from 2002 to 2006, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computational Chemistry.
